When it comes to supplying your artwork, we are able to accept the following file types:
- PDF
- Indesign
- Quark
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Publisher*
- PowerPoint
* In .eps, .tiff or .jpg format only.
Artwork Guidelines
Before you send us your artwork, please read the following guidelines:
- For all 4-colour work, please supply CMYK files at 400 dpi. A lower dpi means a lower resolution, which will in turn mean blurry images. Files supplied as RGB must be converted to CMYK in order to print them. The process of conversion always changes the colours used – sometimes slightly, sometimes significantly. Please note, the image you see on screen does not necessarily represent the final printed result.
- If you order a proof, it will be printed on Epson Semi Matt Paper 190gsm so different from your finished product. This proof is a guide for content as colour will vary on different printed materials. If you return the proof to us as a form of approval we will try to match the colours as closely as possible
- Please ensure all fonts used are embedded or outlined as applicable.
- Once you have placed your order, please email all relevant files (below 10mb) through to us at leafletprinting@circleservices.co.uk.
- If your files are 10mb or larger, please place them on a CD and send by post. Our address can be found on our Contact Us page.
- Alternatively, you can use an upload website such as yousendit.com. You can then send us the relevant link to your files.
